Al is taking the world by storm with his conscious approach to health and wellness. He has dedicated over a decade of study and application in both the science and spiritual aspects of mindset and movement so that his clients are in prime position to transformation freely into their highest self. This approach has enabled his clients to reach goals they never even thought possible. His genuine concern for others and his ability to truly connect with anyone around makes him fun to be around and a pleasure to work with.

Al Coleman has always been a natural athlete with the ability to excel at most sport. In high school, Al lettered in football, basketball, track and field, but it wasn’t until after high school that he really started to excel in weight training. That’s when the real magic happened.

Al Coleman has battled through tragedy, adversity, and limitations his whole life and doesn’t plan to stop anytime soon. He believes hardships like these, if handled correctly, will teach us and build us up to be stronger, live prouder, and prove over and over again that the power within us is always greater than the power that is outside of us.
